I need a marketing coach who can teach me and hold me accountable

Firstly, congrats on getting this far and good luck with the launch!

Secondly, two small pieces of advice which I wish someone had told me when I started my first company:

1. If you are starting a B2B SaaS company, then the first 15-50+ customers will (almost certainly) come from sales, not marketing. Possible exception if your pricing is very, very low ($10/month or less).

2. When it comes to startup coaches, expensive is usually good, cheap is almost always terrible, and free could be anywhere in between.

I'd be happy to have at least one call with you to chat and help you avoid some beginner's mistakes. Free of course. Whether that could evolve into a regular thing or not, we'd have to work out if we get that far. To be honest, I'm less motivated by money and more concerned by whether we get along well, do I find your project interesting, and can I give actionable feedback/advice.

I'm in Central Europe, I've been in your shoes (technical founder that has to do marketing and sales) and I've worn so many hats in the past 20 years that I sometimes wonder what the heck I am right now... ;)
