I need a minimalistic user feedback/support tool.

Is there any existing easy-to-use and implement inside a react app that's minimalistic and good for small-scale applications?

I want some kind of user feedback/user support tool that's more than email but not a tool meant for large enterprises. Kinda like a chat but the problem with chat is that it's only good for real-time communications. I want a mix between chat and email. That the customer can reach and use inside of my application.
