I need a robotic engineer to turn my algorithm into code

Hi , iam ilyes i am working on a robot that can cut anytype of hair in anystyle possible i think i figured out how its gonna work , the algorithm , what sensors we'll use what type of robotic arm , i just a need a person a tech cofounder so he code it .
