He goes over step by step the Lean Canvas template (from https://leanstack.com/lean-canvas), which I actually like better.
As long as you understand about the business model canvas, that is not hard to use IMO.
if you need simple version, I think you can build your own one with an APP called Microsoft WhiteBoard.
