I need a technical cofounder

I'm at a weird cross road on my project. I've been a solo founder so far working hard for the past year. I've taught myself to develop but that only took me so far then I got some help from a freelancer.

I've come across a great opportunity to work with an instiution that could catapult my project into a fully fledged startup but my dilemma is, I have no experience building an enterprise level SaaS product. So now I'm looking for an experienced technical cofounder to help me seize this opportunity.
