I need opinions about how to get clients

Hi, im making some test for find new clients, and this is my experience:

Case 1:
upwork: i made 4 o 5 jobs but they want pay 50 usd or less, they ask for example for install a wordpress, plugins and some particular design and allways they ask for a extra task.

Yesterday one "client" request me all this tasks:
Task ASO
Keyword Analysis
Competitor Research
SEO App Title/Subtitle
Keyword Optimization
Keyword Localisation
App Landing Page
App Store Submission
App radar access

for 300$ and i reject the offer because he also want use my developer account for upload the app.

Case 2:
Landing page + facebook ads.
I get some contacts, like 8 whatsapp messages asking for prices for 18 usd with 0 sales, my cheap product is 95$ and for latin america now is expensive, i understand but later i see a lot of people buying websites ugly, for example one person sendme a their actual website, if i click on the Contact button i get redirected to a ong website.

Case 3:
I receive one offer via linkedin, the client ask for a review of a website, for a 3º person, one importer in mexico, i send the review and offer in usd with detailed task one by one . The client askme why i send the offer in usd, he want pay in pesos from argentina, and i must pay the taxes... so i reject the offer. (this week the ars gone from 80 to 110, so i can't work in pesos)

Maybe im aproaching this bad? Anyone has experience with this type of situations, advices?

Thanks for reading

From the post it's unclear what do you want to get clients for. Do you sell a product or do you do freelance work?

It's your right to decline offers, there's nothing wrong with a client asking for something and you saying no. If they don't agree with your terms, they can search for someone else to do that job.

I say you should gain a following on your social media and/or IndieHackers. Then post about your product to gain attraction from future clients.
