i need some help with backlinks!

I manager one brazillian medical site and sometimes i put some posts in blog and de SEO Configuration by yoast it's ok. i have already put some pages in good positions but i need backlinks to put the page in a better position and now i have too much difficult to do this in my City.
I accept suggestions.
