I need your feedback about my ai based saas

I want to make a saas that removes the background of the photos with artificial intelligence. I am waiting for your ideas that you think I should pay attention to in order to be successful.

- What would be clues that you can offer for the competition.

As you noticed yourself that is a bit of a crowded space already.
The main question you probably have to answer who is your focus group? Professional photography/editing people, hobby photographers, or your average instagram/snapchat user?
This depends on what quality level you might want to strife for as you can see the quality in none of those work perfect 100% of all times, especially with hair strains it can become a true nightmare.
But getting to those really low percentage requires a lot of time, a lot of data and a lot of experience in DL model building and training and maybe some general image processing.
Other area you could focus on is resolution + quality but then how many people will send their 16MP image through to a SaaS and what response time can you offer?
Keep in mind the larger the image and the amount of processing required this might be starting to become costly as you will need a big instance unless you want your request to wait minutes to complete? This will directly impact your service costs
Alternatively if your customer-base is more on the pro/semi-pro level you could offer some additional + simple clean-up tools to resolve those last 5-10% then the question becomes can you do better than Photoshop?
Alternatively to all you could offer more than just removing background but maybe produce mattes for other foreground areas as well.
Or maybe focus on a different subject like pets?
