I need your feedback with my pre-launched web app, seriously.

I've been working for a month to launch this app "Do Your Damndest". A goal-achievement app that if you fail goal, you pay money.

I asked several forums and got feedback, and get iterated as much as I can. Despite some according to other's feedback, I am always told to fix the design rather than doing a launch.

What is the biggest point for fix this UI?
