I’ve been building and selling small SaaS products lately, and I noticed an interesting pattern.
Most founders don’t struggle with ideas.
They struggle with launching.
Not because it's hard — but because they keep rebuilding the same things:
auth, dashboards, payments, basic logic.
So I started experimenting with something different:
building ready-made SaaS foundations that people can deploy and customize.
Surprisingly, this solves a much bigger problem than I expected.
Curious — how do you approach new product launches? Build everything from scratch or reuse?
