The problem isn't the card—it's the extra work.
So I started using a vCard QR code instead.
One scan opens the phone's contact app with my name, phone number, email, company, and website already filled in.
No typing.
No mistakes.
No lost connections.
A few things I learned:
• Keep the QR at least 2×2 cm
• Use Error Correction Level H
• Test on both iPhone and Android
• For business cards, static QR codes are usually the best option because they never expire.
I ended up building this into QRGenLabs.
Curious—do you still hand out traditional business cards, or have you switched to QR codes?
