I open-sourced two automation workflows for digital product businesses

Building a digital product business usually starts simple.

A product page.
A payment link.
A customer list.

But as soon as things grow, the workflow becomes complicated:

  • How do I know when someone purchases?
  • How do I deliver products automatically?
  • How do I track customers without building a backend?

I built Hermes Automation Examples to solve this problem.

It's an open-source collection of automation workflows using:

Payhip + Make + Telegram + Notion

The first two example are:

  1. Telegram Order Notification

Automatically receive order alerts and track customer activity through Telegram.

  1. Payhip Digital Delivery

Trigger automated delivery workflows after successful payments.

I documented the workflows, architecture and setup steps here:

You can find the complete workflow examples here:

I'm curious:

What's the most annoying manual workflow in your digital business today?

Payments?
Customer support?
Delivery?
Data tracking?

I also added workflow screenshots, architecture diagrams and setup guides in the repo. The goal is to make these automations easy for other builders to understand and customize.
