I own digitalproducts.one — sell it or build on it? Looking for honest advice

I’m at a very early stage and could use some experienced, honest feedback.

I own the domain digitalproducts.one.
Right now:

• No hosting yet

• No product live

• No audience

I’m trying to decide the smartest path forward before overbuilding.

Options I’m considering:

1. Sell the domain as-is

2. Build a very lean MVP (directory, toolkit, templates, or niche marketplace)

3. Use it as a validation hub (landing page + waitlist + offers)

My goals are very indie-style:

• Fast validation

• Minimal cost

• Clear monetization path

• Avoiding “cool but useless” projects

I’m especially interested in:

• What you would do with this domain

• Whether this name has real market value on its own

• Ideas that could realistically earn money (not theoretical SaaS castles)

If you’ve flipped domains, launched small digital products, or validated ideas cheaply, I’d love to hear:

• What worked

• What you’d avoid
