I paid $200 for servers in March and I won't reduce costs

I paid $200 for servers in March. But I won't reduce costs.

I would switch from GCP to Kubernetes with autoscaling if necessary. But it would take time that I could spend on improving the product and marketing.

Reducing costs is easy, but acquiring new customers is hard.

$200 isn't a lot but looking at the chart you got there, you've got a big problem on it's way. The way the cost is increasing is more worrying than the current cost.

Realistically, switching to kubernetes or whatever isn't really what you need to do if you want to reduce costs, which you will need to do at some point if you want to be sustainable. You're going to need dedicated servers.

This is literally tech debt, you can afford to pay the installments to focus on marketing just now but at some point you're going to need to deal with it.
