I pretty much made every mistake…
I’m in the midst of starting a Saas cantered around data analysis for small-medium ecommerce / marketing agencies.
Using GPT and data from source like google analytics, meta, attentive, google ads etc…

However, yes I made the mistake, I built the whole god damn app before getting ANYONE on the waitlist. So here I am with 0 peeps on the waitlist and am hustling to get beta users.
I’ve tried posting on reddit but it always gets taken down as self-promotion (which is understandable), and my twitter has a total of 0 followers.
I read other indie hackers post on how someone “got hundreds of people on the waitlist from posting on a few social media groups”… bruh. I feel so disheartened by that, does anyone have any suggestions about getting beta users. I’m currently warming up the domain to cold email, and I think twitter would probably be the best platform to promote on?
Honestly, appreciate any feedback on the landing page too :)

If you have money, you can pay for influencers to talk about your product, or pay for ads.
I'm not an expert at all, but this is my experience, developing a following organically is hard (otherwise everyone would do it!). You need to compete with novel and insightful content. If you don't have a good content strategy, you can easily waste a lot of time doing this.
Just creating a Twitter and posting links to your product isn't a great way to get noticed. From what I see, for some product twitters the funnel even goes the other way around, i.e. the product drives Twitter followers.
Otherwise, getting impressions is simply a numbers game. Good luck!
