After a long time I finally reached $50 MRR on my Ytbe.one product, which is a really incredible feeling. I wanted to share it with you. ⚡🚀
Congrats! That's awesome
Congratulations! It's $50 now, then $100... then $1000... then to infinity and beyond. : )
Thank you very much for your nice comment. ⚡ "You can never stop after a dollar!"
Congrats! I'm curious as to how you approached your first potential customers. Mind if I ask?
Thanks, first I sent cold mails to some YouTubers promoting the product. Although not many people came back, it was effective in gaining a few users, then a content producer said that he found the product very useful and wanted to share it and shared it as a reels video. That's what brought the most users and potential customers. ⚡
Woah! Great niche idea for a product. It is a real and annoying problem when apps like Instagram open youtube links in the browser. Good luck to you!
Thank you, good luck to all of us. ⚡
Congrats! Nothing better than seeing your project pay off
It sure is, it's an incredible feeling. ⚡
Congratulations! Would love to learn how you got your “first paying customer”!
I already had users, but I didn't have any paying customers, and I didn't have any customers for about 4 months. Then I made changes to the plans, and my first customer came. Then I gathered more feedback and tried to optimize the pricing and plans for everyone, which had a big impact (I'll share more about this on indiehackers)
Congrats! Fingers crossed that 2620% growth continues ;)
Congrats Tarik, that is massive!
Congrats! Still looking for my first customer 💪
Thanks for your nice comment Raul, I had a glance at your products, you can think about things like reddit and cold mail in terms of marketing. Especially cold mails, try to reach the target audience of your product this way. There will be those who discover and use it. Try to communicate with those who respond positively to your mails. When the first customer comes, the lock is broken. Go ahead, try it. Remember, "After a dollar, you can never go back!" ⚡
Congrats!
Very nice idea! The creator economy is booming right now. Very bullish on this space :)
That's right, thank you very much. ⚡
Congratulations.
Best of luck to your product
Pedro
Thanks a lot, Pedro. ⚡

Congratz! Keep Growing!
Congratz!
Congratulations!
Congrats!
I read somewhere in the comments regarding affiliate channel for this product. Usually doesn't work for low ABV products. Usually, small commissions aren't incentive enough for the affiliates to put in the work.
So, maybe you want to explore other channels.
ATB!
Thanks for your comment, I am trying different places to promote my affiliate program, I am not very successful in affiliate but I am trying...
Congrats! It took me a while to understand what your product does but I think you're definitely onto something.
Am I correct in saying your target market is YouTubers?
Yes, my target audience is YouTube content creators. Also, many people say that they can't understand what the product does at first glance, I get feedback on this issue and improve it, but I still haven't figured it out, what is your feedback on this issue, to easily understand what the product does.
Same, I didn't understand it until I read the first FAQ, maybe you want to bring that bit of text up in the page. I didn't know links would open by default on the browser
Many thanks for the feedback. ⚡
When I read the headline I can tell what the app does "technically" but I couldn't tell why I would use it or how it benefits me. It clicked when I read this line buried deep on your page...
"Increase the engagement of your YouTube videos"
That's your headline. That tells me in one sentence the key benefit and who it's for.
Keep the headline short and simple. Focus on one key benefit in the headline and use the subtitle to go into more details. For example...
"Makes it easier for your viewers to interact with your videos by opening video and channel links directly in the YouTube mobile app. Your videos receive more likes, comments and subscribers."
The rest of the page is good. Although, I would probably get rid of the "Get Started for Free" button and make the "Get your link" button the primary focus above the fold. Having the "Get Started" button further down the page is fine.
Great feedback, thank you very much Dylan. ⚡ I'll fix the title and subtitle as soon as I can.
Your welcome. It seems like a product with great potential. The hard part now is getting it in front of the right eyes. Best of luck. I wish you success!
I'm in the same boat trying to figure what the product does.
Do you have any feedback for me to improve this issue? How should I describe the product?
At first, I thought why would I need to open apps in Youtube via links. I had to think for a while what you were doing. After a while I realized you are forcing user to come to youtube straight to the app guarantee engagement for their content.
Thank you for your valuable feedback, I will concentrate on this issue.
You shared nothing, this post is literally a brag which is exactly the kind of content NOT fit for IH. Share your thoughts, strategies, the journey..
I kind of agree. We would love to have more details about the strategies behind reaching this milestone.
Thanks for the feedback, you are right about that, I will be sure to share my journey and learnings soon. ⚡
Congratulations!
I just checked your product, which is quite intuitive and easy-to-use. Looks like you have already achieved at least 10 users.
Wondering how do you advertise your product to the public to acquite your initial users?
Thanks, I am currently trying to affiliate with people to promote my product, but I have not been very successful in this regard.
So what made you reach 50k if not affiliate?
$50.00, not $50,000.00
