Whether it's a startup meetup, company event, birthday, workshop, or community gathering, I kept seeing the same workflow:
• Create a WhatsApp group
• Send reminders manually
• Answer the same questions repeatedly
• Update an Excel sheet with RSVPs
• Follow up with people who never respond
• Wonder who's actually going to show up
The event itself wasn't the hard part.
The communication around it was.
So I started building PartyCall to make that process less painful.
The idea is simple:
The goal isn't to replace the human side of hosting an event—it's to remove the repetitive admin work that comes with it.
We're still improving the product, and I'd genuinely love feedback from people here.
A few questions I'm curious about:
If PartyCall sounds useful for your events, I'd love for you to give it a try and let me know what works, what doesn't, and what you'd change. Early feedback is far more valuable to us than compliments.
🎯 Free to try — no event planner budget needed.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
What stood out to me is that you're not really helping people organize events.
You're helping them coordinate decisions. The event is usually planned long before the friction starts—the real pain begins when organizers have to turn dozens of "maybe" responses into something they can actually act on.
