I realized I wasn't building a productivity app. I was building a place for projects.

For the last few months I've been building UluP, and I've been struggling with one question: what exactly is it?

At first I described it as a visual workspace. Then as a project management tool. Neither really felt right.

The more I built it, the more I realized the problem I was trying to solve was different.

A project usually ends up scattered across task managers, documents, files, chats and calendars. The actual project exists nowhere as a whole.

So I'm trying to make the project itself the environment.

That's what UluP Spaces is becoming. You create a project, structure its different parts, connect them, keep the relevant work inside them, collaborate with people and now share the project publicly with UluP Share.

I'm still very early and honestly I'm trying to figure out whether this idea actually makes sense to other people.

If you were starting a project today, what would you want the project itself to contain?

Tasks? Notes? Files? People? Communication? Something else entirely?

I'd genuinely love to hear how you currently manage this.
