I’ve been looking at a lot of TikTok creators recently.
Some of them are getting good views.
Some even have strong engagement.
But when I ask one simple question —
“How are you actually making money from this?”
There’s usually no clear answer.
That’s when it clicked for me.
It’s not a growth problem.
It’s a structure problem.
Most people are just posting and hoping something converts.
No clear positioning.
No defined offer.
No system behind it.
I started working on this more seriously — trying to understand how to turn attention into something predictable, not random.
Still figuring parts of it out, but one thing is obvious:
Going viral doesn’t mean anything if you don’t know what happens after.
Curious how others here think about this —
Do you focus more on growth or monetization first?
Thanks for reading.
One thing I’m still trying to understand better is this:
At what point does growth actually start converting into something predictable?
Feels like a lot of creators stay stuck in the “attention” phase without ever building a system around it.
Would love to hear how others here are thinking about this.
