I receive good feedbacks now what?

I posted my web application (SaaS b2b) on reddit and I received generally good feedbacks. Now what should I do to attract customers? I tried several things but I want to hear your methods and results :) .

Thank you

So what I got from the video, its a way to monitor a delivery of a project/service and after it allows you to gather feedback from it.

A little like ordering an uber eats? Correct me if I'm wrong? I had to watch the video to understand it. But then again I'm not your target market unless I'm delivering some sort of event/project

Yes, it is more for small local businesses with their local customers. Sometime the customers want to know what is up with their purchases and sometime cannot reach the busy entrepreneur by phone. This is why I created this. To avoid customers to call businesses for this type of question. They just have to go to the website to see the progress of their order. The entrepreneur(seller) will put is progress when he is free and receive less call from worried customers. Win-Win for both side.

It also shows the seriousness of your progress as an entrepreneur.

I like it, I think there is something like this in London already but I'm not familiar with it at all. Would be cool to see a camera of the chef making it live! That would take it to another level of transparency.

Some food for thought, always has a bunch of scenarios planned in case something has happened, get creative as you want, but planning scenarios helps reduce uncertain impacts.

So let's say someone has a nut allergy scenario:
One - they have an allergic reaction, they have an EpiPen they are fine
two - they have an allergic reaction, Emergency services are called, they survived
three - they find it in their meal (you're not sure if they put it there or the chef did)
Four - they have an allergic reaction and they die

Each scenario is slightly different in the level of impact and how severe it is. It would be wise to plan something that might happen for peace of mind.
