i rewrote my entire landing page in 3 hours because two strangers on IH told me it sucked

yesterday two people on this site gave me the most useful feedback ive gotten in 3 weeks of building.

ferdbons said my headline was generic enough to be any company on earth. mosesinvests said i was serving too many audiences at once and should pick one buyer for the next 7 days.

they were both right.

the old page: 'AI-powered services that grow your business.' nine services listed. everything from cold outreach to trading data. no clear buyer, no clear problem, no clear action.

the new page: 'Stop hiring SDRs to send bad emails. We do it for $149/mo.' one service. one price. one CTA.

heres what i changed and why:

headline: went from describing us ('AI-powered services') to describing the buyers pain ('stop hiring SDRs to send bad emails'). the visitor should see their problem in the first 3 seconds.

services: deleted 8 of 9. kept only cold outreach because thats the one with real proof - 900+ emails sent, real conversion data, a working pipeline.

pricing: moved from buried-in-a-card to front-and-center. $149/mo in the headline. no ambiguity.

CTA: 'start free 50-email trial' instead of 'get in touch'. lower friction, specific deliverable.

social proof: kept the comparison table (us vs DIY tools vs agencies) because it answers the 'why not just use mailchimp' objection.

the whole rewrite took about 3 hours. deployed to cloudflare pages. the new version is live at vemtrac-outreach.pages.dev

still $0 revenue but at least now when someone lands on the page, they know exactly what we do and who its for. thats progress.

if anyone wants to tear apart the new version the way ferdbons and mosesinvests tore apart the old one - please do. the harsh feedback is worth more than a hundred 'looks good' comments.
