"I run three companies. I could have just joined the family business but it wasn't something that really excited me. I wanted to build something on my own. The freedom to do what I wanted, how I wanted. And to be recognized as myself, versus being recognized by my surname. People thought I was crazy for not joining an established company. Now, people think I'm crazy for running three companies. And it's a struggle. But the thing that drives me to work this hard is that I love what I do. It's not like a job to me. I wake up in the morning and I'm like, 'Okay, where's the next problem I can solve? What's the next thing I can do?' It's the excitement of trying to be the best at what I'm doing. I think that's really what drives me — trying to be world class. That, and the financial aspect, obviously. I love making money. I know that sounds cliche but, look, I don't think there are too many things that really drive an entrepreneur more than his business succeeding."
