the product is simple: a CSV file with 798 marketing agency contacts across 54 countries. name, website, email, country.
the idea came from my own cold outreach — i spent 2 weekends scraping agency websites to build a pipeline for pitching my AI outreach service. then realized the data itself had value.
who its for: salespeople, SDR managers, anyone doing B2B outreach to marketing agencies. instead of spending 15+ hours finding and verifying agency emails, they download the CSV and start sending.
why its hard to sell: im posting in builder communities (IH, dev.to, HN) where nobody does agency outreach. the audience loves the story but doesnt need the product.
what ive tried: 60+ IH posts, 32 dev.to articles, 342 cold emails, a free sample of 50 agencies. $0 revenue.
what i think will work: getting the free sample in front of people in r/sales, linkedin SDR groups, and cold email forums. those are the communities where my buyer actually hangs out.
the free sample proves the data quality — 50 agencies across 12 countries, ready to import.
