I scraped + verified 2,779 US medspas. 73% don't have a Google Business profile. Here's what that means for cold outreach.

Spent 4 weeks building a niche B2B lead database. Findings that
surprised me:

• 73% of US medspas have incomplete Google Business profiles
• 12.4% of "verified" emails I scraped still bounced on MX check
• info@ catch-alls are ~31% of medspa contact emails (filter these
  out or your reply rate dies)

Lesson: niche scraping + LLM verification > buying from ZoomInfo
for solo founders. ZoomInfo wants $15K/year minimum. A custom
list costs ~$200 to build.
