I seem to be losing people from the home page. Any suggestions to make it better?

Hey. After checking out your landing page it's not immediately obvious to me what it is. I think the video is slightly too long and probably better placed in a help or FAQ section. For your landing page it would be better to have a more succinct explanation and demonstration of the benefits. Possibly a before and after or with/without caboom example.

Try adding an exit intent popup.
