I sold WeRemoto: My NoCode remote job board for LatAm

๐Ÿ”ฅ Wow, @WeRemoto was acquired by Ryan Clodfelter!

Ryan will do an incredible job carrying the project forward and help to shape and grow it. I will continue to be a part of the team and the goal will remain the same: bring the best remote jobs to Latam talent.

It's incredible what can be achieved without knowing how to code, without raising investment by leveraging your spare time.

Just over a year ago, in less than 1 day, I put together a job board based on a Google Sheet that today has more than 40 thousand subscribers and 1000 daily visits. The focus of the work was on creating content, getting users, companies and sponsors.

There is a whole world of startups that are worth exploring. Not everything requires a large investment to be successful; concepts like bootstrapping, indie makers, solo founders, side projects, nocode, etc. are coming more and more into focus.

๐Ÿ™ Thanks to the Indie Hackers community for all the information and help, plus:
Andrey Azimov for creating a tool like Sheet2Site.
Pieter Levels for the inspiration and talking about NoCode.
Ben Tosell for the help and tutorials.
Jeff Buttler y SaraTorres for being the first ones to trust WeRemoto for your job posts.
Felipe Abello, Bosco Soler, Esteban Cervi for being the first sponsors.
Andrew Gazdecki for building MicroAqcuire where Ryan and I were able to meet.

๐Ÿ’ช Thanks to the 539,849 sessions of WeRemoto these past 14 months. Here's to the next level! ๐Ÿ’ช

It was a mix of paid ads, social media, blog (great and unique content) + kind of the first remote job board in Spanish.
