For several years, I worked on software projects for restaurants and hospitality — helping teams digitize menus, automate workflows, and improve communication with guests.
That experience showed me how clunky and overcomplicated the existing tools can be — from rigid POS extensions to poor translation support and one-size-fits-all solutions.
So I started building VivaBite — a self-serve SaaS platform where restaurants can create digital menus with AI-powered multilingual support, allergen and nutrition info, and full control over how they present dishes to guests.
I’m building this solo — no team, no investors, no marketing spend. Just product, feedback, and iteration.
The platform runs on a utility token called $VBITE, which restaurants use to access the system. For early adopters, I’m offering a limited number of lifetime access NFTs — these permanently unlock the platform and are only available during the crowdsale.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on:
pricing access through utility tokens
making Web3 work for real businesses
building alone with limited resources
