I spent 3 years managing my inbox. Then I realized I was doing it wrong.

For three years, I woke up to 80+ unread emails. Every. Single. Day.

I'd spend the first hour of my morning just triaging:

  • Delete the noise
  • Star the urgent
  • Leave the rest "for later" (spoiler: later never came)

I tried every productivity system. Inbox zero. Eisenhower matrix. The whole thing.

Then I had a conversation that changed everything.

I was talking to a friend who runs a $2M agency. I asked him how he handles email.

"I don't," he said. "My assistant does."

"But you still read them first, right?"

"Nope. She labels, prioritizes, drafts replies. I just approve and send."

That's when it hit me: I wasn't struggling with email. I was struggling with delegation.

The problem wasn't the tool. It was that I never truly delegated the thinking work. I was still the bottleneck.

So I built something different.

Instead of another email app, I built an AI that interviews you to understand what matters:

  • Which senders are VIPs?
  • What topics need your attention?
  • What's the pattern of "important but not urgent"?

Then it runs autonomously. Labels. Triage. Even drafts responses in your voice.

The magic isn't the AI. It's the 10-minute interview that happens upfront. That's where the real delegation happens.

Last week, I stopped checking email before 11am for the first time in 3 years.

Not because I have willpower. Because I finally hired something to do the thinking for me.

What repetitive thinking are you still doing yourself?
