I spent 6 months guessing which marketing channel was working. One of them finally paid off.

Last month I got two inbound calls from LinkedIn. One converted and paid. First time in six months I could point at a channel and say that one actually did something.

The embarrassing part is I nearly dropped LinkedIn entirely. For six months I was posting manually, abandoning it, restarting, abandoning it again. Meanwhile I had cold outreach, Slack communities, occasional posts here all running at the same time and couldn't attribute a single customer to any of them. Everyone who signed up said something like "I'd seen your name around." Useful for morale, useless for knowing where to put your time.

What changed was I stopped doing LinkedIn by hand. Pasted my URL into LiFast, it mapped my audience, scheduled a full month of content, generated a couple of lead magnets I never would have made myself. Setup took maybe 10 minutes. Now I check in once a week and leave it running.

I'm not saying the other channels don't matter. I still can't tell you if they do. But 10 minutes a week to run a channel that just produced a paying customer, versus months of manual effort that produced nothing I could trace, that gap is hard to ignore.

If you're grinding five channels and none of them feel like they're working, you might just be spreading the same amount of effort too thin to let any of them compound.

    Hey Arthur, nice launch!

One thing I noticed: you're positioning around "automate email sequences"

but founders actually care about "will more of my users actually upgrade?"

That shift alone changes everything for conversion.

I help founders with exactly this. One founder improved their email

conversion from 2.8% to 4.2% just by flipping the focus.

If you're open to exploring what that could look like for you, worth 15 min?
