With all my respect, you need more than 7 days to test a routine.
A good routine that works well in long term, needs to be tested a few months at least.
I know, I know, you are excited about this new book, you think you found the pill that make you the strong person you needed to be (pretty almost all these book do the same) and you came here to share with us, perfect.
But, there is a something I call "long-term energy", maybe this new routine works well during 2-3 weeks, but after that it will screw you, depletes your long-term energy and you burn out, congrats, you are in the start point again.
I saw your schedule of a typical day, where is the rest time? we are human, no robots, omg you are doing something during every minute of the day!, you don't have rest time even between activities! I think one week is ok doing that, but you eventually burn out.
So, What do I think? We are human, we need rest time each day, at least 2-4 hours, we need time to stop, to keep a consistence quantity of work in the long-term. Perfect days doesn't exist, unexpected events and tasks will take place (remember, shit happens). You could use the rest time to do these things, and you don't feel stressed about not being doing every activity of the day (I think one of the keys to break a routine is to skip the regular activity due to unexpected task). So take easy, bro.
