I spent 7 years hating "Shadow Admin" work, so I built a B2B OS to fix it.

Hey Indie Hackers! πŸ‘‹

I’m Arsene. After 7+ years of architecting platforms for enterprise clients, I noticed I was spending more time chasing invoices, drafting manual contracts, and worrying about payments than actually writing code.

I call this the "Shadow Admin" mess.

The problem is that standard payment links expire too fast for long-term projects, and legal contracts are usually just PDFs disconnected from the actual money flow.

So I built Trustora.

It’s a platform built with Laravel (API), Next.js (Frontend), and Stripe Connect.

What it does: Instead of just sending an invoice, Trustora syncs the legal contract with the payment logic. The client commits the funds upfront, but the system routes the payout to the provider only when the milestone is approved.

It basically automates the trust part of the deal so I can focus on building.

I just launched on Product Hunt today and I’m currently battling the "launch day anxiety." πŸ˜…

I’d love to get some feedback from this community on the landing page and the concept. Is this a pain point you guys face too?

The 'contract disconnected from money flow' problem is real β€” most contract tools stop at the document; going further into the operational loop is the right instinct for B2B services. Launch day anxiety passes fast. Focus on getting 3 people who aren't your friends to use it and tell you honestly where it breaks.

Congratulations on your launch. It looks impressive! What channels are you exploring to attract early users?
