I spent entire weekends updating my design and Webflow development studio offer, and I think I’ve found a cool business model.

Hi, my name is Alex and I manage a studio specializing in design and Webflow development.

I dedicated entire weekends to revamping my studio's offerings and I believe that I have found a pretty cool model. Really want to hear your feedback on it.

Imagine Subway.

Subway's main product is the customizable sandwich, which is made to order using a variety of ingredients.

I want to take this model and apply it to my design and Webflow development business.

Imagine: You decided that you need a new website.

You come to me, choose a base (a landing page or multi-page), then add ingredients (sections and pages), and at the end, you fill-up the sauces (integrations, animations, additional sections, illustrations, etc.), and Boom! You're ready to go.

It's not a restaurant, it's "healthy" fast food. It's delicious, fast, and affordable.

A great offer for startups who don't want to spend a fortune on a super-duper custom design, but who want a neat, optimized, and modern site that do the job without any bells and whistles, right?

I believe this model should work perfectly during recession.

What to you think?

Hmm, how is that any different than using webflow/wix and their website templates, then adding/replacing/filling out the sections?

Good question. I'm somewhere in the middle between using templates (they're good to start, but less scalable, messy and personally more time-consuming to maintain) and custom-designed websites (which are often expensive)

My offer is mainly for SaaS companies, so they would get a reasonably priced service, good design and a great base for future scaling + offload marketing work to me and focus on their business.
