I spent months optimizing my database tool but my distribution stack was completely non-existent

Like many of you, I'm an engineer. I can build complex backend systems, but my distribution strategy used to be launching on Twitter to 12 followers and wondering why nobody showed up.

I realized that as developers, we treat marketing as this nebulous, cringe-worthy shouting match. It's not. It's just another stack. If we map out distribution like we map out an API integration - defining our channels, isolating the hooks, and writing targeted text-heavy value posts - we don't have to learn marketing. We just execute code. I started analyzing why our launches fail and mapped out a 3-step technical framework to fix it.

If anyone is currently building a tool in a vacuum, drop your link.
I want to help you map your distribution stack for free.
