The problem I kept watching happen
For years I worked in technical support and account management at a major
email marketing platform. Every week, someone would open a ticket that
looked like this:
> "Our open rates dropped from 35% to 4% overnight. We didn't change
> anything. What's happening?"
And every time, the answer was something that had been silently brewing
for weeks — a blacklisted sending IP, a broken SPF record after a DNS
migration, a DMARC policy rejecting legitimate emails, a domain flagged
for low engagement.
The client had no idea. No monitoring, no alerts. By the time they
reached us, the damage was done.
The worst part? The tools to catch this existed. MXToolbox, DMARC
analyzers, blacklist checkers — they were all out there. But they were
scattered across a dozen different sites, required manual checking, and
gave no alerts when something changed. Nobody does that consistently. So
problems go undetected for weeks while revenue quietly bleeds out.
I saw it happen hundreds of times. And I kept thinking:
someone should build one tool that watches all of this automatically.

So I built it
I'm a developer as well as an email marketing professional, so eventually
I just sat down and built it myself.
SendSurety is an email deliverability monitoring platform that:
✅ Continuously checks your SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records
✅ Monitors 30+ global blacklists in real-time
✅ Parses your DMARC XML reports to show exactly who is sending on your
behalf (and flags spoofing attempts)
✅ Connects to your ESP (Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid) and automatically
correlates your delivery metrics with your domain health
✅ Alerts you instantly via Slack or email the moment something goes wrong
The core idea: **you should never find out about a deliverability crisis
from your customers. Your monitoring tool should tell you first.**

Where I am now
I launched today on Product Hunt and I'm running a free public beta for
the next 3-4 months. Everything is free — no credit card, no limits.
After the beta I'll move to a paid model ($19 / $49 / $99 per month), and
beta users will get a permanent founding-member discount.
the runway to survive the beta is minimal. The plan is to exit beta with
a solid user base that's already relying on the product daily.

Honest current status
- ✅ Product is live and working
- ✅ Launched on Product Hunt today
- 🔄 Revenue: $0 (intentional — free beta)
- 🔄 Users: Just getting started
- 📍 Goal: 500 active users by end of beta

What I'd love from this community
If you send emails from a custom domain — whether for your SaaS, your
newsletter, or your agency clients — I'd genuinely love for you to try it
and tell me what's missing or broken.
Happy to answer any questions about the build, the stack, or the
deliverability space in the comments. 🙏
Everyone are welcome and check out the free for all
