I started a newsletter for new founders who are trying to survive in their first startups.

I was a growth and marketing idiot.
I thought I can build but suck at marketing and growth, which turns out that it's just I don't know how to find PMF, how to get early users for my products.

It looks like I'm living in a box surrounded by big walls, I can only hear what others are doing, but couldn't get the insights my self. It is painful to see several products of mine died after weeks or even months hard working.

Then I decided to find a better way to learn. While keep building better and doing marketing practice, I try to learn from those successful founders. It's very generous of them to share all their journey and learnings. Then I stopped panic, got some clues about how to validate ideas, how to gain early users and others. I started getting feedbacks from users, not much but real.

I want to share what I've learned to other confused founders like me and how we can inspire each other!
