I started a youtube channel about programming and struggling

I started a youtube channel related to programming a month ago.
but the main problem, as i am posting educational videos, I am getting a small number of views and all come by the search.

does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Most obvious fix is to clean up your audio. In your latest video, we see you in front of a nice condenser mic, right by your face, but the audio still sounds low quality. It sounds like audio is coming from the camera, or even the laptop. Are you sure it's set up properly? Re: video quality, screen captures seem OK. But on your self-tape shots, your camera's auto-focus slips frequently. If your camera has an option to focus manually, try that next time.

Your most successful video is "How to create a website using tail blocks and host it live in 30 minutes (Working 2020)". Why do you think this is your best performing video? Is it a hot topic? Is it a compelling title? Did you post the link anywhere specific? Think about reasons why this is your best performing video and repeat them in your next one.

      thank you for your advice.
I increase the video speed after the first camera shot .. i think that's why the audio issues. then focusing issue. i used my mobile as a camera and connected to pc like a webcam .. and it doesn't have any option to set the focus.

yes i did post that website in 30 min in some groups thats why the video got lots of views. but that not the best performing video .

can u suggest me some ideas to grow this channel ?

It sounds like all the audio is coming from your webcam. It sounds tinny and processed, like a Zoom call. Make sure your good mic is recording, and is the only audio in the mix. Ditch the webcam audio altogether.

Some ideas... experiment. Try shorter videos. Challenge yourself to see how succinct, simple, and clear you can make your instruction. Solve popular problems for beginners. Solve niche problems for experts. Solve trendy problems. Solve problems that interest YOU. Look to your favorite teachers on youtube for inspiration. How did they grow their audience? Use a bold call to action. If you want people to subscribe, tell them. If you want feedback, ask your audience for feedback.
