I started my Beta Program Community... and here's what happened.

So, yesterday I started the Beta Program for my project BuildMyCRM. It's a custom CRM Builder for freelancers and startups that want something simple.

I had 6 users interested in joining, and so far half of them have signed up. I didn't realize it would take this much effort to get the ball rolling.

I would love to get your guys' input on how you run your Beta Programs, and what you focused on in order to have the programs run smoothly.
