For months, I thought the answer was simple:
More posts.
More impressions.
More visitors.
It wasn't.
The biggest shift happened when I started talking to people instead of trying to reach everyone.
Every feature we've shipped in the last few weeks came from a real conversation with a founder or customer.
Some of those conversations turned into paying customers.
Some didn't.
But every one of them taught me something I couldn't have learned from analytics.
I'm still nowhere near where I want to be, but one thing has become obvious:
Conversations compound. Traffic doesn't.
If you're in the early stages of building, I'd spend more time talking to 10 potential users than trying to get 10,000 random visitors.
For anyone curious, this is what I'm building:
Greve helps founders and sales teams create personalized outreach pages instead of sending every prospect to the same generic landing page.
Curious...
What's one conversation that completely changed the direction of your product?
