Hey IH,
My sales process was a chaotic mix of Reddit DMs, endless follow ups, and taking any client who would pay $1k/mo.
I was good at the work, but I was burning out from the constant, unpredictable chase for the next client.
The turning point came when a prospect tried to haggle my price down because he didn't see the value. I realized the problem wasn't my service; it was that I was selling my time like a freelancer, not a solution like a business owner.
So, I stopped everything and built a system for myself. A system to find and start conversations with my ideal clients. It was designed as a survival mechanism.
Then something clicked: The system itself was more valuable than the service I was originally selling.
That’s when I realized most founders don’t have a sales problem. They have a systems problem.
So I productized my internal playbook. It's not a SaaS tool; it's a dfy service where I build and operate a complete client acquisition asset for other B2B founders. It's the engine I wish I'd had from day one.
I’m planning to share the results here as I help other founders build their own pipelines, including what outreach angles are working (and which aren't).
I'm also happy to give some quick, no-strings feedback on your current outreach approach.
If you're a founder who's great at building but struggles with finding the next customer, I'd love to hear what you've tried 👇
