I stopped translating my indie projects into other languages.

Not because I didn't want international users.

Because every time I tried, I'd find weird mistakes weeks later.

Recently I started comparing outputs from multiple AI translation models instead of trusting a single one. The surprising part wasn't that they disagreed, it was how often they disagreed.

One model translated a phrase naturally. Another made it sound robotic. A third completely changed the meaning.

Seeing those differences side by side changed how I think about localization.

Curious how other founders handle translations for landing pages, onboarding flows, and user-generated content. Do you trust a single AI model, hire translators, or just ship in English and hope for the best?

MachineTranslation.com made me realize that translation quality is often less about finding the "best" model and more about spotting where models disagree.
