So I used to spend like 3 hours every week staring at a blank screen trying to come up with LinkedIn content for my B2B thing, and honestly it was brutal, I'd procrastinate until Sunday night then panic-write something that got like 4 likes from my mom and two bots
Eventually I just got fed up and started using lifa.st which generates a month of posts based on what I'm actually working on, it also creates these downloadable resources as PDFs or Notion docs which people can grab in exchange for their email, the wild part is my engagement actually improved because the posts are more consistent and I'm not just rambling about whatever random thought popped into my head at 11pm
There's a simple dashboard that shows who downloaded what and basic engagement metrics, but I kept it super minimal on purpose because I didn't want to spend more time analyzing charts than actually building my thing, the whole setup takes maybe 10 minutes and then it just handles the posting schedule automatically
Honestly the biggest lesson was that consistency beats perfection every time, like I was so worried about crafting the perfect post that I'd just not post at all, now I actually have a presence on LinkedIn without it taking over my entire week, which feels kinda liberating tbh
