I struggle to get views on my Youtube Channel

Hello,

I launched a YT channel in order to build an audience and sell my Udemy trainings...

I paid Tubebuddy, choose subject ok (good search level not so much
I also tried to take stack overflow most asked questions
Optimization on competitors)
I worked on my thumbnail...
I put lots of tags...
Add a real description...

but views are very low...

My videos are in French and though that can be the issue... I think that Tubebuddy is not 100% relevant with French...

I tried English videos but my English is not perfect so :(

Do you have any advice?
