I suck at marketing and branding
I suck at marketing and branding. We always had a powerful product but branding was never our strong suite. I always wanted to make Promotee look like a legit and a trusted brand. With this rebranding and redesigning, it feels finally people would be able to rely and trust Promotee as a brand.

I'd say smooth out some corners and use some more white space. The app and site looks trustworthy to me, just feels overgrown and large.

I disagree with some who said your app needs a redesign, based on the screenshots it looks like a pretty easy to use and clear app. I agree with others who said you need to work a bit on margins between things. Like in the "Campaigns" screenshot, you got more space between the avatar/title and the body than between the content and the border around it.

I don't think I'm a good candidate for trying the app because I'm not a fan of automated messaging. It gets on my nerves when people reach out to me blindly so I don't want to do it to others. Cold emailing to targeted contacts is as far as I go.
Right, got it. But I am curious, what should be the way if I want to make connections with people, have conversations with them and don't want to do the boring part where I am manually sending them messages and there are no replies to most of them?
As for the branding It’s better for sure. You should get the app redesigned and the landing page redesigned for a cleaner interface. I’m interested in using your app nonetheless, so great work on the idea and execution (if it works, which I assume it does)

I suck at these things as well. But subjectively I think the spaces between things on the landingpage are too small. While scrolling down theres just too much at the same time on the screen, that I can't decide where to look at.
Other than that I think it looks good and professional.

Agreed that the branding looks good! One piece of feedback from my end is that the dashboard looks very much like a mockup. I understand that you want to show off the product but I would show either a real screen shot or go with something that is obviously a design. Or if that is a screenshot, might be worth looking into working with a designer as opposed to focusing on branding ;)
If you haven't read it, 'Product Led Growth' could be a good resource.
And finally, some social proof in terms of testimonials or companies that you're working with would go a long way into building trust.
I couldn't agree more to this, the idea is that we will be working on with a designer in the next iteration coz that takes time and I want some legit and real social proof which I don't have coz we are new.

Glad you liked it. Previously, it was bad - in colors, positioning, etc.
The branding is fine, but the web design could use some work
The images are too messy and it's hard to tell what they're supposed to represent.
I would suggest having just one video describe and showcase everything about the product.
