I think I have a product for small startup teams, please help me validate it!
https://tahsk.com is a product management tool built for myself, it solves my my main pain points:
- Tasks can be infinitely nested, you don't need to worry about what is an epic or story, or needing another level of sub-tasks without it being available to you
- Stakeholders always want to know how long something will take, but it changes weekly based on new discoveries and requirements being found, so it auto calculates due-dates based on the current tasks and estimated hours
- It's actually fast and easy to use
I am having a lot of trouble finding someone to battle test the product at scale and start to suggest new features. Would any of you be interested and/or give honest feedback on if this interests you? If not what do you currently use, and why is that preferable?

I use ClickUp right now and we are a small team of 2. It helps us organize better. I see your value prop, but the problem is that we will still need grouping (e.g. what is a marketing related task vs development-related vs something else). We also need to be able to assign it to each of us, have deadlines, add attachments and so on. We also comment on tasks for keeping them on record, etc. Also need mobile notifications when one of us updates.
I don't know if using Epics/User Stories or some other process is that hard. Most teams learn to suck it up to using processes in order to keep themselves organized. It becomes chaotic otherwise.
We don't pay anything yet; they have very generous free plan limits.
@gopikl I have never used ClickUp, but recently I started using https://cogency.io for all of my to-do lists. Full disclosure, I had used Trello before and only tried Cogency as a favor to a friend, and now i am using them daily. Anyways, one amazing feature I have just discovered is that in one flow ( in 3 clicks ) I can take a screenshot, add it a whiteboard and draw on it, and then attach that sketch to my ticket.
Sorry if I am sounding very excited about that but it seems that small things like these that make a huge difference in the level of comfort and usability.

Thanks for you feedback it's really appreciated! Having a common theme, we can do all those things you mentioned (bar mobile notifications) but seems like the pain points are not strong enough to warrant investing time/energy in learning another PM tool. I may write some articles outlining the suggested use of Tahsk based on your feedback thanks.
