We were juggling multiple LinkedIn accounts for outbound + content. Every “solution” we tried added one more login, one more inbox, one more thing to maintain.
The result?
Messages went unanswered because replies were spread across tabs.
Posting was inconsistent because nobody knew who had scheduled what.
We couldn’t even tell which account or campaign was actually working.
At some point it hit me:
We didn’t need more tools.
We needed less surface area.
So we did three things:
Centralized all LinkedIn replies into a single inbox so every response gets handled from one place.
Set a simple rule: each account must have a weekly posting schedule decided once, then queued and automated.
Started tracking basic numbers across accounts (accepted requests, replies, positive leads) in one dashboard instead of scattered spreadsheets.
Nothing fancy. But this alone:
Cut our response time because we weren’t hunting for messages.
Stopped “silent drop-offs” where warm leads got lost in a tab.
Made it obvious which accounts and messages were worth scaling.
