I thought my resume was fine.Turns out it was getting auto-rejected before a human even saw it.

No feedback.
No interviews.
Just silence.

So I started digging.

And yeah — brutal truth:

Most resumes don’t fail because of bad experience.
They fail because they’re not machine-readable.

ATS systems filter them out for things like:

  • missing keywords

  • weak bullet points (“responsible for…”)

  • неправильный формат

  • отсутствие measurable impact

So I built a tool to test this on my own CV.

Upload → match with job → see what’s broken → fix it.

That turned into CVBoosta.

What I didn’t expect:

People don’t come to “rewrite” their CV.

They come thinking:
👉 “Let me just check my score”

Then they see reality:
👉 “Wait… my CV is actually weak here”

And instantly:
👉 they want it rewritten

So the funnel is simple:
curiosity → reality check → action

We just launched.

No paid ads.
No audience.
Just testing distribution.

Right now I’m focused on:

  • getting first traffic (SEO, Reddit, Indie Hackers)

  • improving conversion from free → paid

  • understanding what people actually care about (score vs rewrite)

If you’ve built something in hiring / SaaS / SEO:

What channel gave you your first real traction?

Would really appreciate any honest feedback 🙏
