I tracked my hours last month and realized I worked 62 hours but only billed for 38.

The other 24 hours? "Quick changes" clients asked for:

• "Can you just move this button?" (3 hours debugging)
• "Small copy update" (turned into whole page rewrite)
• "One more design option" (4 revisions later...)

By the time I realize I should've charged extra, it feels
weird to ask. So I just... eat it.

I'm losing roughly $1,800/month doing this.

Please tell me I'm not the only one. How do you guys handle
scope creep without looking like a nickel-and-dimer?
