I tried to build a community for a niche making it paid & inactive accounts get removed.

It was an experiment. When I tweeted about it & it got a very good response.

4 things that made it a success:

• Initial members who showed interest were my friends
• Targeted a niche
• Exclusivity
• A proper CTA
