I turned an internal project into an SaaS. Interested in receiving valuable feedback and suggestions

For 4 years and on the side of my 9 to 5, I have been running an accommodation business that offers short and long stays to students. Running the business has its fair share of challenges including handling countless chat messages from potential customers asking mostly the same questions. I created predefined responses for most use cases but that was just not enough as questions could come from terms in our contracts to house rules and they came 24/7.

To resolve this issue I partnered with a friend and long-time colleague who was in need of a similar solution for his school shuttle business. In March this year, we decided to implement a solution built on top Open AI GPT3.5/4 to feed custom data to the model and create a bot that would answer user/customers questions.

We started developing the solution and got the first version running with our customers the following month. After a few iterations, we were happy with the outcome and started talking to our contacts about the solution and let them test it. The results were very exciting as many of our contacts saw value in it, reported issues, requested features, and a few wanted to keep it and pay for it. From this point, we decided to work on a version with automated onboarding and I am excited to announce that we have gone live with our solution.
