Most MBTI apps stop after telling you what type you are.
I wanted to build something that starts there instead.
I built Plandipity, an app that helps people use MBTI as a framework for personal growth.
The idea is simple: you choose your current MBTI and the personality type or traits you want to move toward. Plandipity then gives you small daily missions designed to help you practice those traits in real life.
For example:
Want to become more outgoing? Try a small social challenge.
Want to become more organized? Complete a planning mission.
Want to become more decisive? Practice making and acting on a choice.
Want to become more reflective? Take time to organize your thoughts.
The goal is not to “change your personality overnight.”
I see MBTI as a simple way to identify traits you want to practice more intentionally.
One of the biggest challenges was turning something abstract like “I want to be more like an ENFJ” into a small action someone can actually do today.
So Plandipity is built around a simple loop:
Understand where you are now
Choose the traits you want to develop
Practice them through daily missions
Build consistency over time
I’m building Plandipity as a solo indie developer, handling the product, UX, Android development, localization, and launch myself.
I’d especially love feedback on:
Does the idea of MBTI-based growth missions make sense?
Would you actually want to practice traits from a different MBTI type?
Do daily missions feel motivating enough to come back to?
What kind of personality traits would you personally want to develop?
You can try it here:

I’m still early and actively improving it, so honest feedback is very welcome.
